About Dr. Mozelle Martin

As a former journalist, Dr. Mozelle Martin is an investigative writer, cold case consultant, and creator of the P.E.T. VR Empathy Program. With nearly four decades of experience in victimology and criminology, she brings clarity to complex topics through forensic insight and ethical analysis.

Her work has been featured in more than 400 media outlets. While she has consulted on high-profile criminal cases, Mozelle is not a true crime writer. Instead, she confronts the uncomfortable truths most people avoid—examining how to live an ethical life in an unethical world and encouraging critical thinking in a culture that often rewards distraction over depth.

Mozelle holds a PhD in Applied Ethics, an MA in Criminology, and a BS in Forensic Psychology. She’s the author of dozens of  books and the founder of the Digital Integrity Coalition.
